Our Restaurant
Enjoy with all the senses! It expects you cozy atmosphere in our main restaurant and "Kaminzimmer" with a regional rooted cuisine. Our chef de cuisine Stefan Kellermann takes a great care of regional focus of used products. With his team he creates swabian - franconian specialties. You can find delicious wines directly from the local winemaker or international classics and rarities in our extensive wine list. If the temperature is comfortable you can enjoy outdoor dining on the spacious terrace. We even got separate rooms for small groups or festivities up 120 persons.

Breakfast
The extensive buffet breakfast, which we offer from 7.00 am - 10.00 am is included in the room rate. You will find fine pastries, sweet and savory toppings, breakfast egg with bacon and sausages, fruits and vegetables, different kind of cereals and many more goodies. Of course we serve coffee and tea specialties, fruit juices, mineral water and Prosecco. Price per person 14,80 €.

This ambience is located in our hotel. You will find an own bar and an creative lightning concept in there, which can be customized.

The view that you can enjoy from the two orangerys into the baroque garden of castle weikersheim is really amazing.
Erdhaus
Rustic but cozy is the ambience of the event location "Erdhaus". It is half below ground, which gives it its special name.
Red Hall
The red hall is located in the heart of bad mergentheims famous castle. We think it's quite an expressive loacation.
